Mouth Cancer

Oral cancer is the general name for cancer that affects the inside of the mouth. Mouth cancer may look like a common lip or mouth problem, such as white patches or bleeding sores. The difference between a common problem and a potential cancer is that these changes don't go away. If left untreated, oral cancer can spread beyond the mouth and throat to other areas of the head and neck.
